Teacher of E-commerce Management, he recognizes in the new generations the very essence of innovation.
Serial consumer of data, convulsive analyst of everything that can be observed, collected and aggregated digitally, he suffers from “innovation anxiety” syndrome.
His adopted environment is Online Commerce. With previous experience as E-commerce Manager for Insem S.p.A., he is one of the founders of IEM s.r.l.

He has always been passionate about technology, since he was a child with the legendary VIC 20 and Commodore 64, shows a great predisposition for programming and for any type of coding.
With dedication and spirit of sacrifice, self-taught, enriches his knowledge “feeding”, voraciously, texts and magazines, soon managing to be a competitive and complete professional figure for the intricate labyrinth of the digital world.
In 2010, as head of the development area, he arrived at Insem with the awareness of optimizing the development of increasingly effective and innovative solutions; this is the mantra thanks to which in 2018, as co-founder, he gave birth to IEM, a platform dedicated to the ecommerce world and in which he is currently CTO.

Born in 1983, with a degree in Economics and a specialization in Management, Finance and Control, Luciana loves innovation and business and has a soft spot for politics and contemporary art.
She has been involved in business development for over ten years, she is Chief Operating Officer of IEM and she founded PickMeApp, a company in the mobility and smart city sector, and AirDrone in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles.
She has been a member of the board of Confindustria Innovative and Technological Services and is a member of the Banca Monte Pruno board of directors.
Luciana loves challenges and always looks to the future with optimism, confidence and resilience.

Curious by nature, voracious consumer of TV series and educated by Oriana Fallaci’s books, she loves to convert keys into words.
She has been Head of Content for Insem Spa, leading the Technical Area operative team composed of more than 20 people, responsible for the realization of editorial plans and social campaigns.
She collaborates with several online magazines, proving herself as an expert in her field, such as: Ninja Marketing, Ninja Academy, Bigodino.it, Robadadonne.
Digital Manager for IEM srl creates and manages digital marketing strategies, with a particular focus on social media and content.

He has been passionate about technology, books and comics since he was in elementary school; when he was fourteen years old, he ran into a PC that trusting parents bought for their kids in their first year of high school.
He then begins a journey that leads him to graduate in Computer Science and to become a software developer, his occupation for almost ten years.
For IEM, he works on the backend (API, DATABASE, BATCH) and when needed he gives a hand on the front end. When he’s not ranting about web frameworks, you can find him on the couch, usually with a black and white movie, a good book or a graphic novel, in short, the furthest thing from Computer Science there can be.
